Typically, the full process takes 8-10 weeks from concept to completion. Pre-production usually spans 3-4 weeks (because great things take time), followed by 2 days of production and 5-6 weeks of post-production.

Once you're ready to proceed, simply reach out to us to schedule a discovery meeting. During this initial engagement, we'll discuss your goals, timelines, and any specific ideas you have in mind. After our conversation, we'll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of the project, timelines, and pricing. Upon agreement, we’ll send over a contract for review and signature. Once everything is finalized, we'll kick off the pre-production process and start bringing your vision to life!

This includes helping us select the best filming locations based on your deep knowledge of the community and serving as a liaison between us and other stakeholders. We want to ensure that every aspect reflects your vision, so we’ll collaborate closely to gather insights while we handle the heavy lifting. Think of us as partners in storytelling—working together to capture the essence of your message!

We offer two rounds of revisions as part of the package, which is usually enough to get things just right. If you need more tweaks, we’re happy to accommodate for an additional fee.
